In our home we can pretty much guarantee that we'll have either pancakes or waffles on the weekend. They're fun and easy!
I can't remember where I got this recipe but it's completely vegan and the pancakes turned out very yummy.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 TBS Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cup Water
1 TBS oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
1. I sifted the flour only but the original recipe calls for sifting of all dry ingredients.
2. Add in wet ingredients and stir together.
